Bagzone Shipping & Delivery Policy
Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.
Please note that we use a variety of carriers for each delivery option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with us.
Please be advised that carriers may require someone to sign for your order. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not be left at the door.)
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. The delivery fee will be calculated using your postal code, so please be advised to enter the correct postal code to your address at checkout.
Address Changes and Cancellations can be done Monday – Friday within 3 hours from your purchase. Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your package has been dispatched.
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed.
The tracking number will be provided along with the shipping notification email or SMS after your order has been processed and dispatched. Please allow 48hrs for updated tracking information.
